He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Sullivan and Emma Davis Sullivan; his sister Brenda; his children, Andy and Nita; and his granddaughter Allison.

He is survived by: his wife Sherry Sullivan of Doddridge, AR; his son Clinton Sullivan (Barbara) of Rodessa, LA; and his siblings, Hazel Hamilton of Doddridge, AR and Dennis Sullivan of Bethany, LA. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren and 35 great grandchildren.
