He is survived by: his wife Betty Andrews of Doddridge, Arkansas; his children, Justin Andrews (Felecia) of Bloomburg, Texas and Jessica Andrews (James Nelson) of Doddridge, Arkansas; his brothers, Terry Andrews of Texarkana, Michael Andrews of Beaumont and Stephen Andrews of Beaumont, Texas; his stepsiblings, Vincent Chapman of Texarkana, Texas, Lorraine Fry and Kim Knight; and his grandchildren, Kaylee, Conner, Sawyer, Jaci and Logan.
