He is survived by: his wife Nancy Staggs of Doddridge, Arkansas; his children, Mark Staggs (Veneda) of Kilgore, Texas, Mary Wiley (Joe Greene) of Monroe, Sherell Blankenship of Doddridge and Sonya Robertson (Donald Cody) of Perryville, Arkansas; and his brother Gary Staggs (Sue) of Jacksboro, Texas. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
