He is survived by: his children, David Puckett (Laura) of Doddridge, Arkansas and Debbie Kelley (Steve) of Houston, Texas; his sister Marjorie Heaton of Houston, Texas; his grandchildren, Colton Kelley (Ashley), Logan Puckett (Anna), Cody Kelley (Meredith), Ashton Crosby (Jessie), Ethan Puckett and Brianna Puckett; and his close friend Theron. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
