She is survived by: her husband Bob Puckett of Doddridge, Arkansas; her children, David Puckett (Laura) of Doddridge, Arkansas and Debbie Kelley (Steve) of Houston, Texas; her brothers, Roger English of Aspermont, Texas and Michael English of Aspermont, Texas; and her sister-in-law Marjorie Heaton of Houston, Texas. She is also survived by six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
