He is survived by: his sons, Michael Carter (Laura) of Powhatan, AR and Timmy Carter of Doddridge, AR; his son-in-law Jack Davis of Texarkana, AR; and his grandchildren, Jackie Davis Price of Texarkana, AR, Michelle Carter of Walnut Ridge, AR, Brandy Wilde of Pocahontas, AR, Anthony Carter of Doddridge, AR and Misty Carter of Surprise, AZ. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
