She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Blazvick and Rachael Blazvick; her husband Billy Gene Adcock; her siblings, Rodman Blazvick, Audrey Hall, Phyllis Richards and Gloria Lichtenberg; her grandson James McGhee; and her sons-in-law, David Bruce and Richard Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, William Adcock (Suzy) of Shreveport, Louisiana, Ara Bruce of Doddridge and June Wilson of Shreveport, Louisiana; her brother Pete Blazvick (Sue) of Cambridge, Ohio; her grandchildren, Dawn Fettig, Scott Woodard (Jennifer), Jennifer Thomas (Jeff), Zach Wilson (Hannah), Billy Adcock (Crystal) and Liz Sims (Michael); and her niece Mary Kay Hicks (Stanley). She is also survived by twenty two great grandchildren; seven great great grandchildren.
