He is survived by: his son Joey; his daughter-in-law Kammy Bailey of Ashdown, Arkansas; his daughter Karen; his son-in-law Scott Stapp of Dierks; his siblings, Christine Lemons of Nashville, Judy Gibson of Frisco, Texas and Ray Gene Bailey of Paron, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Steven (Paula Stapp), Kaitlyn Stapp, Taylor Tallant and Coy Bailey; and his great grandchildren, Sawyer Stapp and Claire Stapp.
