She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Griffin and Ethel Griffin; her daughter Glenda Sue Rogers; and her siblings, Ernestine Pate, Helen Lightfoot and Donnie Griffin.
She is survived by: her husband Clyde Alexander; her sons, Scott (Theresa Alexander) and David (Tammy Alexander); her grandchildren, Cristy, Timmy Stokes, Jason, Nicole Young, Brandon, Jonna Alexander, Jered Alexander, Cole, Quincy Alexander, Justin Alexander, Mark, Amy Alexander, Pat, John Beck, Lorie and Troy Barker; her brothers, Chestine (Carolyn Griffin) and Jerrel Griffin; and her close friend Janice Hughes. She is also survived by 24 great grandchildren; 19 great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 1:30 PM. A graveside service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Greens Chapel Cemetery.
