He was predeceased by: his daughter Kimberly Howard; and his sisters, Frances Rand, Dorothy Welch and Rozene Hollins. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Howard; his daughter Tracy Howard of Arlington, TX; his stepdaughters, Valerie Johnson (Walter), Felesia Phillips, Monica Johnson and Jennifer Clark of Alexandria, VA; his sister Joyce Lewis (Dave) of Covina, CA; and his aunt Glorener Conditt of Chicago, IL. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, five brother-in-laws; six sister-in-laws, several nieces and nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
