He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Bounds and Opal Bounds (Henson); his sisters, Edith Jacobs (Bounds) and Frances Bounds; and his siblings-in-law, Sonny Henderson, Charles Ray Henderson, Meryle Parker (Henderson) and Mary Nolan (Scheuer).
He is survived by: his wife Clara Belle Bounds (Scheuer); his daughter-in-law Wally (Jennifer Bounds); his granddaughter Jesslyn Bounds of Morgantown; his siblings, Edward Bounds and Agnes Douglas Searcy (Bounds); and his brother-in-law Henry Harold Scheuer (Kristie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
