He is survived by: his wife Elsie Price Watkins; his sons, Terry Watkins and Rick Watkins; his grandchildren, Heidi Finley (Kenny), John Watkins (Roxanne), Andrew Watkins and Chi-Ann Watkins; and his great grandchildren, Aleena, Carlee, Ashlynn Finley, Dezarae, Sean and MiKayla Watkins.
