He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Wade and Mary Wade; his wife Patricia Wade; and his brothers, Bobby and Jimmy Wade.
He is survived by: his children, Callie Wade of DeWitt and Robert Wade of St. Charles; his grandchildren, Merenda Scott, Tylon Trevino, Arden, Layton and Damien Wade; his great grandchildren, Laylah, Kaide and Creed Scott; and his siblings, David Wade of Benton and Marilyn Brown of St. Charles.
