He is survived by: his son Thomas Leonard Smith (Woody); his granddaughter Carrie Faye Smith Johnson; his great grandchildren, Cal and Cam Johnson; and his siblings, Richard L. Smith and Carolyn Sue Nelson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Essex Funeral Home (1405 S Grandview Dr, DeWitt, AR 72042). A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the DeWitt Cemetery.
