He was predeceased by: his mother Gladys (Linda Maddox). He is survived by: his father Charles Maddox of DeWitt; and his sisters, Barbara Berry of Maumelle and Debbie Wisdom of Sherwood. He is also survived by three nieces and two nephews; and several great nieces.
