She was predeceased by: her parents, H. C. Ruffin and Marie Murphy Ruffin; her sister Connie Ruffin; her husband Bill; and her daughter Kim Ellis.
She is survived by: her children, Julie Wright of DeWitt, Heather Wright (Gregg) of DeWitt and Clay Dollar (Brandi) of DeWitt; her grandchildren, Trent Ellis, Courtney Sisco, Dylan Wright, Drake Wright, Tarryn Keller, Nicholas Wright and Riley Dollar; and her sister Wanda Roberson (Don) of DeWitt. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
