He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Counce and Edna Woodson Counce; and his siblings, Joe Dale, Cecil Earl Counce and Wilma Vansandt.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Fox Counce; his sons, Roger Counce (Kathy) of Cypress, TX, Drew Counce (Dina) of DeWitt and Sam Counce (Mimi) of Hot Springs; his grandchildren, Chris Counce (Kortney), Andrew Counce, Reid Counce (Amy), Regan Counce, Taylor Segars (John), Cole Counce and Clay Counce; and his great grandchildren, Makayla, Kyler Counce, Adrienne, Cohen, Myles Counce and Grayson Segars.
