Mary Jeanne Burkhart Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2025, at the age of 84, Mary Jeanne Burkhart (DeWitt, Arkansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret McCann and Wayne Burkhart; her grandparents, Roy and Isabelle McCann; and her siblings, Harley Jr., Athel Cummings and Mandy Puttroff.
She is survived by: her children, Dana Padgett (Beth) of Ethel and Margaret Padgett Bagley (Wayne) of Bogart, GA; her grandchildren, Brittany Mason (Scott) of Dearborn, MI, Harrison and Hayden Bagley of Bogart, GA.; and her sisters, Faye Horton and Dolores Cummings. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Essex Funeral Home (1405 S Grandview Dr, DeWitt, AR 72042). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Charles Cemetery or Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Ethel.
