She was predeceased by: her husband C. E. Stephens, Jr.; and her son Greg Stephens. She is survived by: her daughter Beck West (Gary); her granddaughter Bethany Tucker (Jim); and her great grandchildren, Taylor Jo and Jayln Mannis.
