She was predeceased by: her parents, Hilton Vaughn and Irene Capps Vaughn; her husband R. D. Hooker; and her sisters, Betty Jane Richardson, E'Lois Stocks, Dorothy Phelps and Melba Macky.
She is survived by: her children, Susie Curton of Stuttgart, Vicki Stubblefield of Casscoe, Terry Hooker of Stuttgart and Ronnie Fraize of Vilonia. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
