He is survived by: his wife Martha Downing Luebke; his children, Cheyenne Epperson (Taylor) of Booneville, Arkansas, Ciarra Luebke of Booneville, Arkansas and Jonah of Connecticut; his stepchildren, Levi and Kayla Downing; his granddaughter Hadley Jaymes Stewart; his parents, Ronnie Luebke and Dorothy Luebke; and his siblings, Kyle Luebke (Melissa) and Stacy Dillion (Bradley) of DeWitt.
