She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Fisher and Katherine Fisher; her husband Kenneth Watkins; her grandparents, Rex, Katie Garrett, Ottomer and Frances Fisher; and her siblings, Doris, Elizabeth Fisher and Fredrick Fisher.
She is survived by: her sons, Brent Watkins (Amy) of DeWitt and Dennis Watkins (Susan) of DeWitt; her grandchildren, Carly of DeWitt, Even Watkins of DeWitt and Ellie Watkins of DeWitt; and her siblings, Mary Kemp (David) of DeWitt, Palmer Fisher of DeWitt, James Fisher (Susan) of DeWitt, Troy Fisher (Pam) of Michigan and Melba Denny (JP) of St. Charles. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
