In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Helen Gail Horton had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Helen Gail Horton may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Berry Horton and Nixie Marie Cochran Horton; her husband George Hornbeck; and her siblings, Bobby, Lonnie, Paul, Sidney Horton and Ruth. She is also survived by nephews and friends.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
