He is survived by: his wife Brenda Peebles Oswalt; his children, Janet Snyder (J. D.) of DeWitt, Teresa Hamner (Ceth) of DeWitt and Michael Oswalt (Ginny) of Benton; and his siblings, Ray Oswalt of Jacksonville, Betty Pool of Austin, Dot Malone of Texarkana, AR and Phyllis Peebles of Jacksonville. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; one great grandchild.
