She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Price and Alice Price; her husband Tommy R. Watkins; and her siblings, Maxine Owens, Cecil and Charles Price.

She is survived by: her sons, Terry Watkins and Rick Watkins; her grandchildren, Heidi Finley (Kenny), John Watkins (Roxanne), Andrew Watkins and Chi-Ann Watkins; her great grandchildren, Aleena, Carlee, Ashlyn Finley, Dezarae, Sean and Mikayla Watkins; and her sister Ruby George Tippin.
