It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Gene McGhie West (DeWitt, Arkansas), who passed away on September 15, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John McGhie and Lottie McGhie; her husband Charles West; and her siblings, Walton "Fibber" McGhie, Alice Carle, Joyce Stephens, Margaret Dillion and Juanita Carter.
She is survived by: her children, Mike West (Ann) of Conway, Jade West (Carrie) of DeWitt and Kim Peterson (Joe) of Bartlett, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Emily West Ferris (Cody), Beth Peterson Drewery (Austin), Joshua Peterson (Emily), Matthew Peterson (Shelby) and Morgan West; her sister Lois Faye Wilson of Florida; her great grandchildren, Carter Ferris, Noah Peterson and Emma Drewery; and her goddaughter Jodi Richard LeBlanc (Ricky).
Memorials may be made to Unity Missionary Baptist Church or Forks LaGrue Cemetery.
