He was predeceased by: his parents, Volney Neal and Birdie Lee Neal; and his wife Martha Black Neal. He is survived by: his son Charles Neal of DeWitt, AR; his sister Nancy Hollingsworth of Memphis, TN; and his grandsons, Caleb Neal and Colton Neal of DeWitt, AR.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Essex Funeral Home (1405 S Grandview Dr, DeWitt, AR 72042). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
