It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Eugene Froman (DeWitt, Arkansas), who passed away on September 2, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Elmer Froman and Sara Amanda Plemmons Froman; and his siblings, W. H. "Sonny" Froman, Bessie Froman and Katherine Mitchell.
He is survived by: his siblings, Elmer Froman of Malvern, Jerry Froman of Benton, Sherman Froman of Sheridan, Shirley Wooten of Mabelvale, Lela Crossno and Lillian Rhodes of Little Rock.
