He was predeceased by: his father Leland Simpson. He is survived by: his mother Mildred Lybrand Simpson of DeWitt; his wife Julie Ferguson Simpson; his daughter Lauren Krebs (Chad) of Alexander; his grandchildren, Kinsley, Kade McDonald, Linley and Afton Krebs; and his siblings, Terry Simpson (Kay) of Marianna, Dianne Dalton of Heber Springs and Rose Ray (Dennis) of Jacksonville. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for memorials be given to Bayou Meto Cemetery, c/o Southern Bancorp, P.O. Box 511, DeWitt, AR 72042.
