He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Boyd Perry of DeWitt; his children, Carla Woods (Clark) of Springdale and Alan Perry (Judy) of Little Rock; his grandchildren, Melissa Burton (Matt), Jessica Maxwell (Brad), Becca Goforth (Matt) and Chelsea Wolfe (Kaleb); his great grandchildren, Easton, Eli, Liliana, Sophia, Aubrey and Amelia; and his siblings, Carl Perry of Mountain View, Wayne Perry of Ritzville and Sharon Reynolds of Griffithville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
