He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Cotten and Aquilla Trussell Cotten; and his siblings, William Darlon Cotten and Katherine Deloris Cotten. He is survived by: his wife Winnie Vansandt Cotten; his children, Eathel Cotten of Stuttgart, Steve Cotten (Danita) of Hamburg and Billie Jo Robinson (David) of Benton; his grandchildren, Stephanie Cotten, Brandon Cotten (Mandy), Lesley Lamb, Julie Robinson and Amanda Robinson; his great grandchildren, Peyton Cotten, Zoe Cotten and Townsend Cotten; his siblings, Sammy Cotten of Illinois, Thomas Cotten of Cabot and Carol Ann Rowland of Hazen; and his aunt Minnie Cotten of DeWitt.
