He is survived by: his wife Jennifer of DeWitt; his sons, Austin Crossett of Monticello, Donavan and Caleb Shield of DeWitt; his grandson Waylon Shields; his brother Patrick Lewis (Carmen) of El Dorado; and his nieces and nephews, Braxton, Blakey, Chloe and Collin.
