He was predeceased by: his wife Sue C. Smith; his sons, T. Allen Smith and Joel C. Smith (Nancy Hord Smith); his sister Darlene Dupslaff Leslee; and his parents, Thadys Bert and Lillian Irene Grandgeorge Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Su'Aaron Travis (Ralph) of DeWitt, Eddy Hord (Katie) of Stuttgart and Kim Hord Seale (Spencer) of Lee's Summit, MO; his grandchildren, Tucker Allen Travis of Dallas, TX, Elliott Seale (Bekah) of Wichita, KS, Zach Aliosio-Seale (Marianna) of Los Angeles, CA, Lauren, Hagen and Addison Hord of Stuttgart; his uncle Hartley; and his significant other Carolyn Sue Cooper. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and numerous friends.
COVID-19 guidelines will be observed at the funeral.
