It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Evelyn Cook of Devalls Bluff, Arkansas, who passed away on December 7, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Adams and Augustus Adams; and her brother Charles Adams. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Cook; her brother David Adams (Fran); and her children, Cynthia Campbell, Michael Cook, Patricia Cook, Bryan Cook (Danielle) and Rebecca Hutson (Eddie Barthol). She is also survived by 17 Grandchildren, and 12 Great Grandchildren.
