With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Marie Williams of Devalls Bluff, Arkansas, who passed away on June 28, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Hall and Mamie Hall; her sister Judy Lott; and her husband Mack Williams. She is survived by: her sons, Vince Williams (Michelle) of North Carolina and Russell Williams of DeValls Bluff; her grandchildren, Leigh-Ann Waterman, Cory Green, Caleb Williams, McKenzie Williams of North Carolina and Erin Williams of Stuttgart; her nieces, Kelly Chapman (Paul) of DeValls Bluff and Paula Lott of Stuttgart; and her nephew Paul Lott of Des Arc. She is also survived by 10 Great Grandchildren.
