He was predeceased by: his parents, Norris W. Mills and Leona Mills (Leonard); his wife Ermalee Mills; his son James Michael Mills; his stepson Michael Travis; and his siblings, Winfred C. Mills, Thomas Aaron, Dorothy F. Mills, Annona Etheridge and Geraldine Pierce.
He is survived by: his sister Mary Margaret Mills of Little Rock; his granddaughter Jamie Michelle Mills of Oklahoma City; his close friend Roberta J. Sampson of Desha; his stepchildren, Norman Travis (Maureen) of Sacramento, Joe Hittman (Billie) of Livingston, Texas, Linda Young (Norman) of Livingston and Theresa Travis of Largo; and also Donna Couch of Pfeiffer.
All attendees must provide and wear their own masks and social distancing will be observed.
