She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Clinton and Omah May Russell (Parker); her son Michael Travis; and her siblings, James Russell, David Russell, William Russell, Patsey Russell, Barbra Hitterman (Fred) and Phyllis Phillips (George).
She is survived by: her husband James "Cup" Marion Mills; her children, Norman Travis (Maureen) of Sacramento, Joe Hittman (Billie) of Livingston, Texas, Linda Young (Norman) of Livingston and Theresa Travis of Largo, Florida; her sisters, Carolyn Firmand (Lido) of Washington, Donna Taghan (Eugene) of East Peoria and Neta Myrick (Bill) of Fort McCoy, Florida; her sister-in-law Mary Margaret Mills of Little Rock, Arkansas; and her grandson Brent Steven Travis. She is also survived by fourteen other grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
