He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Burnett and Gertrude Burnett (Bacon); and his brothers, Bobby Jack Burnett, Ted Burnett, Forrest Eddins and Carroll Eddins.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Macy; his wife Judy Burnett (Walters); his son Darren Burnett (Kimberly); and his sisters, Freida Evans (Steve) and Deloris Tulp.
