He was predeceased by: his parents, John Simmons and Marion Simmons. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Simmons (Holmes) of Des Arc; his sons, Jason Simmons (Jenny) of Des Arc and Josh Simmons (Kim) of Des Arc; his grandsons, Owen, Ethan and Jase Simmons; his brother Johnny Simmons (Louise) of Cabot; his brother-in-law Rick Holmes (Vickie) of Hazen; his nephews, Jake Holmes (Laura) of Hazen and Patrick Simmons of Beebe; and his niece Jocelyn Pannell (Drew) of Beebe. He is also survived by four great nephews and 1 great niece as well as many cousins and friends.
