She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Eades and Eddie Faye Eades; and her sister Peggy Eades. She is survived by: her husband Cecil W. Puckett; her children, Timmy Puckett (Kelli), Travis Puckett, Terry Puckett and Tyler Puckett; her grandchildren, Taylyn of Terry, JR, Tracen, Tegan, Zane, Jamie Lynn, Sophia, Aaron, Sammy and Amanda Grace; and her siblings, Denny Eades, Carole Ramey, Deloris Brock, Brenda Gardner, Sheila Fletcher and Marty. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
