With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kelly Ruthford Hughes of Des Arc, Arkansas, born in Dalton, Georgia, who passed away on February 14, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Homer Hughes and Eunice Hughes; his great grandchildren, Mitch, Leah and Kelly; and also, John and Matthew.
