He is survived by: his wife Deanna Felts; his children, James Floyd Felts, Jr. (Annette) of Hazen, AR, Amber Whittaker (Wesley) of Harrison, AR and Aimee Whitescarver (Mike) of Valley Springs, AR; his grandchildren, Kayla Bush Riley, Ariel Moore (Kelly), Colton Felts, Zoey, Zane, Stella Whittaker, Briton and Elinor Whitescarver; his great grandchildren, Kellan Riley, Kaleb, Jude Moore and Aubrey Felts; his sister Glenda Gales (Leroy); and his son-in-law Huey Bush.
