He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Baxter (Setzer); his son Donald Baxter; his grandson Shawn Baxter (Tabetha); his great grandchild Mallory Baxter; and his sister Ella Mae Montgomery. He is also survived by his loving family and the many friends.
