He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Virgil and Edith Virginia Evans (Marie); his children, Debbie Evans, Judy Evans and Michael Evans; and his sisters, Geraldine Miller, Margaret Folts, Sue Crider and Patsy Landtrip.
He is survived by: his siblings, Bob Evans of Beebe, Alton Evans of Des Arc, Jerry Evans (Linda) of Millington, TN and Florence Burling of Cabot; his grandson Jeremy Bokker (Somer); and his great grandchildren, Madelyn Dulany (Logan), Maci Bokker, Leila Bokker and Elaina Bokker.
