He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey J. Richards and Rosa Richards (Ingle); his wife Kathleen; his son Donnie Richards; and his siblings, James Richards, Ray Richards, Donald Richards and Lucille Tosh.
He is survived by: his son Tommy Richards (Charie); and his grandchildren, Kim Richards, Tony Richards (Natasha), Jeff Richards (Jennifer), Blake Richards (Hannah), Kevin Richards (Nikki) and Kristy Dunn. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren.
