With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brenda Joyce (Hollis) Williams of Des Arc, Arkansas, who passed away on February 7, 2025 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father J. W. Hollis; her stepfather John O'Dell; her parents-in-law, Syble Williams and Arlie Williams; and her brother-in-law Paul Williams.
She is survived by: her husband Danny Williams; her children, Lindsey Widener (Drew) of Des Arc and Joshua Neal Williams (Danny) of Beebe; her grandchildren, Marley of Des Arc, Kanaan of Des Arc and Rowan Widener of Des Arc; her mother Gearldean Hollis O'Dell (Brenda) of Des Arc; her brothers, Ray Hollis (Jan) of Oklahoma City and Lannie Hollis of Des Arc; and also, Janice West (Lynn) of Pangburn, Joyce Williams of Jasmine, Delores Winfrey (David) of Romance, Tonya Tacker of Searcy, Doris Williams of Benton and Carlos Williams (Debbie) of Clinton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gospel Mission Church (210 N Mission Ln, Des Arc, AR 72040). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Welcome Home Cemetery (16734 AR-11, Griffithville, AR 72060).
