She is survived by: her children, Johnny Whittaker (Pam), Sandy Hart, Barbara Nelson and Patty Swaim (J. C.); her grandchildren, Tony Addison, Katrina Price (Dusty), Dustin Swaim, Kevin Nelson (Tiffanie), Kathrine Alwan (Omar) and James Swaim (Sabrina); and her siblings, Henry, Joe Bush, Rosie Lock and Brenda Armstrong.
