He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Johnson and Camilla Golden; his wife Eula Brown; his son Gregory Earl Bea (Tenna) of California; and his siblings, Costello Brown, James Johnson, Pearl Mae Perry, Norvella Toston, Vessia Branson and Charlotte Robertson.
He is survived by: his sons, Wardell Brown, Jr. of Little Rock and Kenneth Bea (Rosalind) of Dermott; his sister Alberta Coleman of Illinois; and his grandchildren, Gregory D. Brown, Shanika Brown, Jhanae Brown, Iheniise Brown, Shquondaiea Redd, Dominique Brown, Gregory Bea, Jr., Antonio Bea, Kenneth Bea, Jr., McKinly Bea, Jacqueline Bea, Miranda McClay and Nikki Williams. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Griffin Funeral Chapel (811 N Lincoln Ave, Star City, AR 71667). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Turner Hills Cemetery (130 AR-35, Dermott, AR 71638).
