She was predeceased by: her parents, Yee Gow Suen and Mary Chiang Suen; and her siblings, Chester Yee, Gene Suen and Laura Lim.

She is survived by: her husband Lawrence "Larry" Alfred Owyoung; her children, Jeff Owyoung (Sallie) of McGehee, Russell Owyoung of Little Rock and Stephanie Bierbaum (Jon) of Lake Village; her siblings, May Lim of Marysville, Ming Suen of San Francisco, Dr. James Suen of Little Rock, Mary Gee of Sunnyvale and Judy Toguchi of Honolulu, Hawaii; and her great grandchildren, Kent, Jessi Owyoung, Chase, Paisley, Ellis, Charlotte Owyoung, Ross Owyoung, Mary Ashleigh, Zac, Helen Frances Harper, Maddison, Owen and Margaret Mayo Bruton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
