She is survived by: her husband Levia Wade of Dermott, AR; her son Shedrick Jordan of Monticello, AR; her stepchildren, Terrance Wade of Pine Bluff, Kenneth Wade of Fayetteville, AR and Tereasa Wade of Dermott, AR; and her siblings, Raymnd Block of Dermott, AR, Michael Whitaker of Jamesville, WI, Christy Whitaker of Dermott, AR and Sharon Whitaker of McGehee, AR. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
